본 과목은 기업이 창업을 하고 성장을 거쳐 기업을 공개하는 방법이나 또는 다른 기업에게 회사를 M&A하는 방법론을 학습한다. 기업경영의 긍극적인 목적은 지속성장이다. 본 과목은 이러한 지속성장이 가능한 M&A와 기업공개를 학습함으로써 지속가능성장능력을 배양한다. 특히 한국의 경우는 기업공개가 매우 어렵고 관련제도도 다양하다. 기업공개시장은 코스탁,프리보드시장,유가증권시장 등 다양하게 존재하는데 학생들은 이러한 증권시장의 다양한 제도를 학습한다.
